(Parents Innovatively Extending Children)

This is a Program where we have a number of Parents who organise activities within a variety of classrooms to encourage lateral thinking, diverse thinking and group work.

Gagne's Model of Giftedness and Talent suggests that gifted children have natural abilities which can be nurtured into talents through the developmental process by providing explicit learning experiences. In order to differentiate thoroughly and effectively Chapel Hill School has developed a solid partnership with a trained, dedicated parent group who engage with students in a variety of higher-order thinking skills.
