Rock Eisteddfod

Chapel Hill State School will be entering this competition in 2004.

The photos below are from the school entry in 2002.

The children from Years 1 to 7 were involved in the 2002 Wakakirri Rock Eisteddfod.

Before the performance, the children had the task of preparing each other for the performance by placing make-up on each other.

The Performance went very well, with the school receiving three awards on the night.

Best School in Public

After the performance it was rest time and time to wait until the judges made their decisions.

The School team made the Grand Final and we performed at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre at Boondall. Chapel Hill School received runners up for the Creative Story Section and won $500. The school also received awards for Staging and Recognition Award for Entertainment Effectiveness, Dance Creativity, Acting Creativity, Story Clarity and Story Creativity.
